· Conference room rates – 89.00 per room, mention PA Falconry and Hawk trust at time of reservation

· No pet fees for birds, but if you’re bringing a dog to be kept in the room it will be subject to the hotels normal fee.

· All Meet activities at the hotel will be in the “Silver Maple” room, including Meet registration

· Weathering area is just down the hallway from the Silver Maple room.

· Room rate and block locked until December 3rd, 2022. Room holds release on 12/3/22 so there will be no guarantee you will get the $89 rate after the release date.

Registration and fees:

Pre-Registration requested prior to December 18th, 2021. This date is also the room blocking end date.
· Registration and payment online will be rewarded with tasteful gifts at the meet.

Banquet registration: $45

Meet registration: $30

PFHT Dues: $25

· Please at least let us know you’re coming via Pre-Registration
· Banquet will be catered by Toftrees.

Thursday

• Registration (Thursday registration times will vary) (Limited during social hours)
• Evening Social (6:30pm with 7:30 club meeting)

Saturday

• Registration (times will vary)
• Social Hour with cash bar (6:00-7:00 PM).
• Banquet (7:00 PM to 10:00 PM)
• 7:00 Dinner will be served.
• Entertainment will be the showing of the film “Life with an Indian Prince”. This chronicles the Craighead’s falconry experiences in 1940 India.
• Raffle

It is not necessary to be a member of PFHT to attend the field meet or banquet.

Members of PFHT that are not current with their dues may still attend the event.

Unfortunately due to limited article submissions the WingBeat is likely to be postponed. Please do get involved so the WingBeat tradition stays alive!

December 3rd is the cut off for Banquet registration. Please contact PFHT immediately if there is an issue with your attempts to RSVP!

The pre-pay form will forward the total price directly to the paypal payment portal, thus allowing you to pay with your existing paypal account or just by traditional credit card payment.
If you have any problems do not hesitate to contact your club officers to help you out!

RSVP Only Meet Registration – RSVP Only Meet Registration is by contacting Tom Beaver directly.

This link is a way for members and non members alike to register for the meet and confirm banquet reservations without pre-paying. It will send the meet team a confirmation with your meet registration and banquet count for file.
Payment will be due to the registration table at check in, but your information packet should be ready to go!
Dues confirmations are not available on this form, so if you’d like to or need to renew your dues you will also take care of that at the meet registration table.
